AlphaTris: Cyber Puzzle (the "App") is developed and maintained by TM Gerry Dev. This Service is provided at no cost as an ad-supported application and is intended for use as-is.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

A. Game Progress Data (Local): The App stores progression data (cleared levels, high scores, stars earned, best times) locally on your device via an internal database. We do not transmit or store this telemetry on any external servers.

B. Advertising and Device Data (AdMob): To maintain the App as a free service, we utilize Google AdMob for advertisement delivery. AdMob and its affiliates may collect and process specific device metrics, including but not limited to:

Advertising ID (e.g., GAID - Google Advertising ID).

Device Information (type, model, OS version, language configurations).

Coarse Location (derived via IP address for regional ad relevance; precise GPS data is NOT accessed).

Usage Analytics (ad interactions, impressions).

This data is anonymized and not linked to any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, or phone number.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

The App integrates certified third-party services that may collect device identifiers to facilitate core functionalities and ad networks:

3. SYSTEM TELEMETRY & LOG DATA

In the event of an application crash or error, we may collect system telemetry (Log Data) through third-party diagnostics. This includes your device's IP address, device nomenclature, OS version, App configuration state at the time of the fault, and corresponding timestamp data.

4. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

While the App does not explicitly deploy proprietary "cookies," integrated third-party SDKs (such as AdMob) utilize mobile identifiers and tracking technologies to optimize service delivery and regulate ad frequency.

We prioritize the integrity of your data. Local progression data security is inherently tied to your device's operating system protections. For data routed through AdMob, we rely on Google's industry-standard cryptographic and security measures. However, no electronic transmission or digital storage method is completely infallible.

6. COPPA COMPLIANCE & CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed toward individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally harvest PII from minors. Should we detect unauthorized data collection from a minor, it will be purged immediately. Parents or guardians may contact us directly to mandate necessary data removal.
